The worm bar hob is widely used in the processing of turbine or spline shaft with limited size. Most of the commonly used scroll hob is single-headed. In mass production, multi-headed hob is often used to improve efficiency. Our company has successfully developed carbide scroll hob, with high precision, high strength and high efficiency and so on. Non-standard customized carbide small modulus gear cutter, breaking the limitations of the original gear tool manufacturing. The new manufacturing process is adopted to ensure the manufacturing accuracy of the cutting tool and improve the machining efficiency of the gear shaper.
